New Email Server Status:

May 10, 2006 8:00am Central:

We apologize for the problems we've been having with email service.

We had planned for this to be a mostly seamless transition.

However, we experienced some hardware issues right as we were deploying and that really messed up the schedule, which slowed us down in getting everyone's email transitioned over properly.

Last night we completed a set of corrections to the migrated mail.

We knew that would mean duplicates for some people, but we felt it was better to have duplicates than to have missed something.

Again, we're sorry for the problems but it looks all is now ok and running smoothly.

Let us know if you have any further issues.

We apologize for the abrupt migration, but the old mail server was starting to give us problems.

There have some irregularities with passwords and migrated mail and we apologize. We are trying to make this
transition as smoothly as possible. One thing to check is in your email client settings: make sure your login ID is NOT using the
percent sign %, but is instead using the @ sign. Your login ID should look like your email address.

Check your configurations per the above links.
