Connecting to Your Web Site Space
When we set up your web site on our servers, we create a space for your site alongside other clients' space using a general access directory. (sharepoint)
Inside your web space directory, we place 2 folders, private and website. The web pages and images for a client site is expected to be found in the website folder.
After your space is setup, you should receive an email with your access information This will include the name of the sharepoint your site has been setup under. Please keep this email for future reference. If you have a problem with access or you misplace your password, contact us at our support email address.
You can connect to the web server to upload your site using one of two methods:
Most higher end web design tools include FTP services, so even if you are on a Mac, you can still use FTP.
